Honestly, I don't read a huge amount of Whofic these days. But! I give you this (http://www.whofic.com/series.php?seriesid=144) my favorite Whofic, a long, smutty series featuring Nine/Rose/Jack. I know, I know, you're all about the Ten, but this is really good. That site also has an epic amount of fic, so you can totally find some Ten/Rose in there.
