Like Ari might have told some of you (that'd be vamp_blood  ), when she goes away, I usually either get addicted to another canon, or start on some sort of original fic, or just do something stupid in general.

So. Either suggest a canon, an absolutely WTF-tastic AU I could do (and we are talking heavy, HEAVY AU), or...something. And I kind of need this fast because I refuse to leave Tin Man. I REFUSE. (And Andy, you'll still have the collabing no matter what, but...god, I hate myself right now. *HEADDESK*)

If you're looking for an AU, how about writing the Tin Man gang as "The A Team"? Outlawed in the O.Z. (or the US) for a crime they did not commit, they are a group of mercenaries with hearts of gold, trying to avoid notice by the Longcoats (FBI) while they clear their names.

DG has mad magic skills, Raw gets them intelligence nobody else can get, and Cain (of course) has the weapons skills and plans tactics. Ambrose/Glitch builds the tank. (If they're the A Team, they have to make a tank to escape the bad guys. It's a canon peculiarity.)

If you need a new fandom to fall for, I strongly recommend The Sting (http://imdb.com/title/tt0070735/). (The lovely folks at the_sting_fic always appreciate new fans dropping in.)

Well, that could be part of it! The Queen watches Ambrose invent things, and generally be REALLY SMART and she decides that for some reason he's a threat. Thus, she asks/orders Assassin!Cain to assassinate him, and Cain thinks nothing of it. Assassination fails for some reason, maybe Ambrose catches and holds Cain in a containerthing, they eventually talk, Cain Likes Ambrose, Ambrose is Devastated that the Queen would want him to be assassinated, Ambrose wants Revenge, they join forces(Cain's motivation for doing so is entirely up to you), etc etc insert epic here! :D

I like that word. Assassinate. Assssssssssssssssassinate! Assassinateassassinateassassinate! Don't mind me, I'm just giddy that I'M GETTING TWO PUPPIES EEEEEE!
