I AM 3/4 DONE WITH MY CLASSES. And ironically I'm also 3/4 done with my paper of doom! Turned in my lit paper at about 9:15 and didn't want to get in the shower, so I wore sweats and a hoodie, with my corset underneath because I don't know what shirt I'll be wearing and therefore didn't want to go through the trouble of picking a "sensible" bra.

Today will be a good day to die, mark my words.

THE COLLEGE POEM:
An attempt at levity in suicide-causing times.

Homework makes me want to die,
I hang my head, sob and cry,
I try and try and try and try,
Two weeks more and it is goodbye,
But the papers are pure pain,
Full of shit and mental strain,
Source material's all so lame;
I'm so tired I lost my name.
"Two weeks more!" my mind does say
to console me through the day,
Tells me this is the best way,
That I'll be grateful come May,
But May still seems far from here...
Fuck it all, I need a beer.

I'm heading off to lunch in two minutes, but I just had to share.

I got to watch Alan Cumming kill Anthony Hopkins with a candelabra in my lit class, and then see him die via SPOON AND LUGER, HOMIGOD. In Matrix slow-motion, no less! Titus is so much more badass than Titus Andronicus. Also the Marcus Finding Lavinia scene was amazing. We only got to watch clips of the movie, but...yeah. Amazing compared to every other production of TA we watched. Yay~

Someone please tell me they have a screenshot of Alan Cumming TEARING THE CANDLE OUT WITH HIS MOUTH. Oh, Alan. ♥

Homigod you guys, not only did I learn about every "Chinese" (PEOPLE OF THE HAAAAN) dynasty, I also learned FOUR (4) Han-system characters (human, big/great, heaven/ly, imperial capital) and more about the emperor's role in Japan than...I don't know. Insert a comparison.

1. I BEAT THE CRAP OUTTA MY CALCULUS FINAL! I'm probably going to get a B in the class, but I'm still proud of how I did. If there had been no 'business' in the 'business calculus' final, I would have aced it, which is slightly ridiculous. Then again, I failed Microeconomics twice (but I was still insane so it doesn't entirely count), so it's sort of logical.

2. Also, duct_tape_fairy is officially psychic or knows way too much about People Like Me. FROM OCTOBER 12TH: save the second for when you wind up writing that Ambrose-as-a-hooker AU (look, damn near every slash writer who digs AU hits the hooker place sometime, its just one of those cycle things).

I started writing for AO! and instead of my bit, I get Ambrose Is A Whore In An Exceedingly Non-Judgmental Society (they do have a sin district after all) And Does It To Pay His Way Through Higher Education. In my head, O.Z. whorehouses are actually a decent job - room and board, medical coverage (a wise investment - no STDs for the clients OR merchandise!), and make connections with the higher-ups! Can we tell Princess Lavender is going to end up a client?

3. I'm uploading The Court Jester AS I TYPE, because you poor deprived souls need to see it, even if it's not the best quality.

4. Post-finals decompression is happening atm, which means I'm going to pass out reeeaaally soon and I'm surprised at how coherent this post is. I'm seriously about to climb into bed, watch the upload bar, link, and then pass out.

5. So far, one grade is up, and it's an A, yaaay~
